1、 Pin holes are easily damaged if not wiped clean
We can clean the pin holes and pins. When disassembling the mold, the positioning pin should be removed first. When installing the mold, the screw should be used to guide it, and then the positioning pin hole should be drilled.
2、 Incorrect mold assembly and disassembly program
The solution is to avoid damaging the pin hole when knocking down the pin
3、 When the wall of the pin hole is roughened or scratched, resulting in too tight assembly of the mold, carefully check whether the pin hole is roughened. Otherwise, the pin hole should not be drilled out. If the pin hole is misaligned or there is no escape hole below, add a positioning pin escape hole.
